NDI Capital is led by Dr. James J. Miller, one of Canada's most successful biotechnology entrepreneurs and founding CEO of both QLT Inc. and
Inex Pharmaceuticals. In addition, as Senior Portfolio Manager for Trian Equities, he had been instrumental in investing and providing
strategic guidance to a variety of prominent biotechnology companies. Dr. Anthony G. Phillips, NDI's Chief Scientific Officer, is one
of the country's most respected neuroscientists and was appointed by the federal Cabinet as Chair of the CIHR Institute of Neuroscience, Mental Health
and Addictions.
The leadership is supported by a small, highly qualified team of management personnel that provides the company with the operational,
financial, analytical and scientific expertise required to identify high potential research and to successfully commercialize
